The New York Post is reporting that a Columbia University professor has been charged with assault after punching a female co-worker in the face at a Harlem bar, on Monday. It has been alleded, that the punch was thrown after a heated argument about white privilege.
It was, also, said that the force of the punch was so loud, the employees in the kitchen area heard it. You can read the entire article here.
I’m just wondering if he is a close friend of Henry (Skip) Gates, the Harvard professor that was arrested after police responded to a call of a possible break-in at his residence; that led to the famous “beer summit” with President Barack Obama.
Sigh! What heroes.
